Doulton Imperial Obe Replacement Cartridge

Doulton UltraCarb Imperial OBE Ceramic Water Filter.Removes solids, sludge, parasites, pathogenic bacteria, chlorine, bad taste and lead if found, in drinking water. Improves taste, odor and reduces contaminants. Replacement cartridges are made from Sterasyl ceramic pre-filter. The ceramic contains a specially formulated composition of self-sterilizing silver, therefore, the UltraCarb element does not require sterilization after cleaning. Inside the ceramic shell is a 1 micron absolute nominal carbon block core, effective for removing chlorine, taste, odor and lead. The filter consists of a layer of ceramic and an inner layer of pressed activated carbon. It fits most commercially available appliances. Open Both Ends (OBE) means a filter "open" on both ends to fit any device, meaning that it is not necessary to purchase a Doulton device.
